Niftylift goes van-mounted for first time

Niftylift surprised visitors to Haydock by showing a van-mount on
its stand.
'We've been working on this for some time,' said Niftylift's John Keely, 'but we didn't want to go off half-cocked at Intermat. We decided that this was the place.
'It's a new market for us but we've researched it well and are confident.'
Shown fitted on a Volkswagen LT45, the new platform has a working height of 12.5m and a maximum outreach of 7.5m. Safe working load is 200kg in the fibreglass basket which measures 1.1m x 0.7m x 1.1m. Travel height is 3.4m and with both jacks in use maximum width is 2.5m.
The GVW of the LT45 gives it 1,000kg of carrying capacity even after the platform is mounted.
