HMF crane wins work in London

HMF's 1144 'production' crane is proving a success in London. Out of a total of 15 orders received in the last 12 months, 12 have come from contractors in the London area. Contractors signing up for the kit include Fitzpatrick and Conway. The power crane - used for the 'muckaway' industry - is required to grab, dig, or lift depending on the job in hand.

Claimed to be the only machine built to B4 specification, the HMF 1144 works equally well on a building site, clearing away debris too large to move by manual methods, or aiding road maintenance contractors by ripping out kerbing, digging or clearing general debris. Loads varying from scrap metal to industrial debris are grabbed in the crane's bucket, depending on the scope and difficulty of grab.
