Jordan awards Mivan a medal

Decorated: Northern Ireland contractor Mivan has been awarded Jordan's Al-Kawkab medal, the country's highest civil decoration, for its work on the two year restoration of Jerusalem's Dome of the Rock.

Work lasted two years and included replacing the 1300 year-old-lower ambulatory roof trusses with copper sheets guilded with more than 80kg of 24 carat gold.
