Thomas Ward wins A1(M) road job

Thomas W Ward Roadstone has been awarded a œ6.6 million contract for the reconstruction of 2.5 miles of the A1(M) near Doncaster in South Yorkshire.

The work involves reconstructing worn out carriageway between junction 36, the A630 interchange and junction 37, the A635 Marr interchange. Major repairs will also have to be carried out on bridges at Cusworth Park and Marr interchange.
