Edinburgh office for Trafalgar

Trafalgar House has won a œ7.5 million office development on the corner of Castle Street and Princes Street in Edinburgh. The 3,320m2, eight-storey building will replace the old Palace Hotel which was destroyed by fire in 1991. The new building was designed by YRM Architects and Planners. The contract also covers the reinstatement of five retail units on Princes Street.
