Taylor Woodrow Design Build has two contracts for Marks and Spencer worth œ12 million. It is expanding and refurbishing stores at Preston and Croydon.



The Tysons Group is to design and develop a œ6 million Wirral Business Park on the site of the former Bidston Steel Works. The project will provide15,900m2 of industrial units.

Tarmac has a œ2.7m luxury flat development at Broadstairs Promenade in Kent for Couloir Investments.



Sir Robert McAlpine has a œ2.5 million contract for the Defence Research Agency in Farnborough to build new research facilities.



Associated Asphalt has a œ2 million lane rental contract for maintenance work on the A34 East Ilsley bypass.



Willmott Dixon has a œ1.9 million contract to build 59 houses in Telford for Beth Johnson HA; a œ1.8 million contract to design and build 45 houses for The Sutton Housing Trust in Hove; and a œ1.2 million contract to build an office block at Loughborough Park for British Gas.
