The old blocks go back

A œ2.3 million retail contract in Aberdeen saw Hall & Tawse, the construction division of Raine, called on to remove 2,000 granite blocks, each marked with their own special code number. Stored for 10 weeks while the St Nicholas Shopping Centre was completed, they were then carefully put back in place, forming the front of the 'new' steel framed building which houses seven two-storey retail units.
