Amec wins M4 rebuild

Amec Civil Engineering has secured an œ8 million lane rental contract to reconstruct 3.1km of the M4 on the Heathrow to Heston section. The 56-day job involves 24- hour working to repair the existing concrete carriageway between junctions 3 and 4, strengthening subways and re-waterproofing bridge decks prior to resurfacing.
