Kozer becomes Tyson gen. manager
Jeff Kozer has taken over as general manager of Tyson Construction,
following the promotion of his boss, Brian Corfe, to become group
md of the company's loss-making parent.
Two weeks ago Donelon Tyson revealed losses of œ2.6 million in
delayed accounts held back for contract settlements. The company
also announced 70 job losses and confirmed that it was without a
finance director because of the departure of Michael Alexander to
pursue his private accountancy practice.
Forty year-old Kozer, a qs, joined Tyson Construction in 1991 as
director after working for a number of national contractors.
Kozer said in a statement: 'Tyson Construction has grown steadily
over the last four years, consistently reporting profit, and with a
20% increase in turnover in 1993.
'We have a secured order book for 1994/95 in line with our budget
in which the expectation is the steady growth of activities.'
