John Mowlem wins

John Mowlem has won an important legal ruling on interpretation of Standard Form Building Contracts.

The Court of Appeal has ruled that a claim by Crown Estate Commissioners against Mowlem's is now time barred.

This overruled an earlier decision which would have allowed the CEC extra time to claim against Mowlem.
