Morton's name strikes terror

A shudder ran down the collective spine of Cardiff Bay barrage contractors last week. Morton was coming to take charge of the project!

Knowledge of Sir Alastair's bludgeoning ways on the Channel tunnel struck panic into the assembled teams. Until, that is, they learnt that it was not that Morton. Relief broke out all round when the new barrage project manager stood revealed as Andy Morton, a qs with project management background!
