C&N Berlin development

Christiani and Nielsen has begun work on its 100ha Konigs Park project, near Berlin. The DM 800 million construction programme calls for a mixed industrial, housing and retail development at Konigs Wusterhausen, 30km south east of Berlin.

Christiani and Nielsen is acting as construction manager on the project. The five-year plan is expected to provide 950 dwellings, with a local shopping centre. Around two-thirds of the site is earmarked for commercial and light industrial space.
