Texas prison build for US Mowlem

John Mowlem's US business, Charter Builders, has picked up a œ16 million contract to build a women's prison in Gatesville, Texas. The contract is the company's sixth for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The new prison will house 1,002 inmates.
