Wiltshier wins office contract

Wiltshier Construction has won the contract to design and build the œ3.2 million first phase of new development being built by cable TV and telephone operator Comcast Teesside. The complex at Preston Farm Industrial Estate in Stockton will house a 5,520m2 development, 3,220m2 of which will be devoted to office space.
