Kyle Stewart has won contracts for Selfridges and Oracle, worth
œ21 million in total.
The œ10 million Selfridges job will provide new facilities on the ground, first and second floors of the store in London's Oxford Street. The retail areas will be extensively remodelled, new escalators installed and the second floor extended, including a new bridge link over the Somerset Street concourse.
The Oracle project involves the construction of a new headquarters complex for the information technology firm at Thames Valley Park, near Reading. The œ11 million first phase will comprise the design and construction of a 200,000m2 office building.
Kyle Stewart is in a good position to construct two further buildings, bringing the total value up to œ32 million.
