New approach to paving specification

Specifiers seeking a unique landscape paving solution to suit a project's individual requirements should take a look at the Charcon Malvern range, recently launched by CAMAS Building Materials. Offering a refreshing design approach, there are no standard mixes or shades in the Malvern range. Instead, specifiers may choose from a wide range of aggregate options - including Scottish and Welsh granites and selected quartzites - to achieve the effect desired. The choice further extends to the surface finish - either smooth (ground), lightly textured (washed) or a more rugged finish (textured) - in a range of three sizes.

Almost any variation may be selected to suit the design and performance requirements of a specific contract, the result being a custom-made paving which is manufactured only to works order. Recent specifications include the Jubilee Line station at South Quay designed by Norman Foster.

The Charcon Malvern range is manufactured to meet the requirements of BS7263 and is available subject to minimum order quantities. Details: enter 900 on card
