Belfast bridge set to open

Belfast's cross harbour road and rail link, one of the largest concrete segmental bridge construction contracts in Europe, opens this month. Each joint between the 1,100 precast concrete segments that form the bridge decking is sealed with a new structural epoxy resin adhesive.Epoxy Plus Structural Adhesive from SBD is said to have improved stress distribution throughout the structure. Other benefits include low toxicity.
