Caribbean hotel build for Kier sub

Kier International's Jamaican subsidiary, Caribbean Construction Company, has won a œ12 million contract from Real Resorts to build a new hotel in Negril, Western Jamaica.

The 225-room hotel, consists of nine three-storey accommodation blocks with theme restaurants, sporting and leisure facilities and a 1,000m2 swimming pool. Work starts in March for completion in December 1996.
