BA's Porter flies off to join Arnold

The head of British Airways property project management Stephen Porter has spread his wings after seven years and become business development and technical director at Arnold Project Services.

Porter, who has been a leading critic of the construction industry's attitude to marketing, management and customer service, said: 'I'll now be able to take my views of reform in construction beyond what I was able to achieve at BA. I'll be moving from a leading edge company in a leading edge industry to one of the more advanced companies in a backward industry.'
