Barratt converts city block

Barratt is to convert a second City office block into luxury apartments in a œ6 million project. The former 3,680m2 Teziak House (above) in Aldersgate, Barbican, EC1 will be renamed Cathedral Lodge and turned into 50 apartments (left). The interior will be renovated and completely remodelled, while the exterior will be given a facelift and a new brick facade.
