Trocal flat roof cover

HT (UK)'s Trocal single-ply roofing - used when a flat roof reaches the end of its working life - comprises a flexible heavy-duty plasticised PVC sheet made in widths of up to 1.8m. During flat roof refurbishment, sheets are secured to the roof in a loose-laid fashion involving the use of PVC-faced metal discs pre-positioned at intervals across the roof and mechanically fixed through insulation boards to the roof deck.

The company claims Trocal can cope with conditions encountered on existing mastic asphalt and felt roofs suffering deterioration or cracking from thermal and structural movement.
