Errut unveils three plate compactors

Errut Products of Staveley in Derbyshire has introduced a new range of three reversible plate compactors.

The units offer plate lengths of 750mm and plate widths of 320, 400 or 550mm depending on model. Power is supplied by a choice of either 4kW petrol or 4kW diesel engines which enables each of the machines to produce a centrifugal force of 25kN.

Like Errut's range of five single direction compactors, each of the reversible models is available in a patented form. As such, the units comply with the 1,400 and 1,800kg/m2 minimum static weight per unit area required by the HAUC regulations for reinstatement works.

Features common to all three plate compactors include a water tank and tubular lifting frame.
