Trollope & Colls has been awarded a œ23 million contract
to build an office development in King William Street, London EC4
for Land Securities.
The building will provide 8,175m2 of air conditioned office space on the ground and eight upper floors. Some 475m2 of retail space and a public house will be accommodated on ground and lower ground levels.
Work will start on 13 March and include an archaeological dig. Completion is due in April 1997. The architect is GWP Partnership, the structural engineer is Scott Wilson Kirkpatrick, Rybka Smith Ginsler & Battle London is services consultant and Gardiner and Theobald is the QS.
