The MoD is seeking construction project management and design
services for a œ35 million redevelopment of the Army Staff
College Camberley in Surrey.
The multi-procurement route contract will require a single point of contract with the client and total responsibility for the organisation and management of the project.
The MoD is combining staff training for all services onto the Army's Camberley site, moving the RAF out of Bracknell, Berkshire and the Navy out of Greenwich in London.
The work will involve a mixture of new build and refurbishment and will mostly involve accommodation and training facilities. The work is due for completion in June 1997.
