move on employer registration

In a new move towards employer registration or accreditation, Environment Minister Robert Jones has appointed CapitaManagement Consultancy to review the need for and possible future role of a central prequalification system for contractors and consultants. The review follows the recommendations of the Latham report on standard prequalification criteria. The consultants will report within six weeks.
