Zenith Plant Hire's latest recruit - a Sanderson Teleporter 725C -
is proving a versatile asset for Bryant Construction of Solihull.
On hire at a cramped site in Wolverhampton, the 2.3m wide machine is handling all the materials required on a residential development being built by Touchstone Housing Association and Staffordshire CC.
Because the building occupies virtually the whole site there is no room available for off-loading lorries and stockpiling materials.
The solution has been to side unload deliveries onto the pavement by lorry crane and then use the Sanderson handler to pick-up and place materials where needed.
The machine's 4-wheel/front wheel only/crab steering system provides a tight outside turning radius of 4m.
