œ30m build in Leeds for Kier

Kier is to build a œ30 million office development at Prince's Square in the heart of Leeds. The scheme is being developed by Teesland Development Company on behalf of Railtrack Property with both organisations working on the design.

The 9,920m2, nine-storey building will be clad in glass and features a rounded, Art Deco design. The scheme also includes a major restoration of Leeds railway station's north concourse, new retail units and multi-storey parking for 200 vehicles.
