Five shortlisted for Durham hospital

Five companies have been shortlisted for the multi-million North Durham District Hospital. Two will be asked to submit detailed proposals for the design, build and finance contract. The list is:

2) Laing/Serco

3) Consort Healthcare: Initial/ Balfour/Royal Bank of Scotland

4) Swan Hill Development: Higgs and Hill/Pedus Services/Morgan Grenville/Deutsche Bank

5) Kier/ISS/Hill Samuel
