Latham law time table tightens

Prospects of legislation this year to outlaw unfair contract conditions are looking shakier following a delay in publication of a government consultative paper on the issue. The document is still expected before Easter. But an industry source said on Tuesday (4 April): 'The timetable is getting very tight. At best we are going to get a very short consultation period.'
