Time to put the wolf whistles away

In the week that the Chartered Institute of Building has produced an authoritative report on sexism in the construction industry, Backbites has received this picture from a work clothes manufacturer.

Admittedly, it's not as bad as the old days of semi or fully naked women draped over construction machinery. But the three chirpy chappies ogling the woman in her new dress and the spooky guy at the back are hardly PC. With the Latham team and the CIoB working to improve the image of building, it is time for everyone to do their bit.
