n Contract 102 (Balfour Beatty/ Amec) - delays in tunnelling caused
by NATM ban. Plus 16 week delay at Westminster station due to
design changes and site clearance difficulties.
n Contract 103 (Aoki/Soletanche) - 300m NATM section five months behind.
n CONtract 104 (Costain/Taylor Woodrow) - running tunnels three months late due to NATM problems. Connection with Northern Line three months late due to difficult conditions
n Contract 105 (Aoki/Soletanche) - contract 25 weeks late in all.
n Contract 107 (McAlpine/Wayss & Freytag/Bachy) - four month delay due to problem sinking 5000t caisson last year.
n Contract 108 (Tarmac/Bachy) - two months delay while 'additional protective measures' are taken to prevent flooding in Canary Wharf station excavation.
