Power deal for Kier/Afcons

Kier has struck a joint venture deal with Indian company Afcons to target the construction of thermal power stations in the country. The jv, Kier Afcons, will use the expertise of Kier Mining to help in the schemes which will be build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) projects.
