The trial of two electricians accused of the manslaughter of a
building site foreman will be held at Liverpool Crown Court in
October.
Foreman David McDonnell, 27, was electrocuted after touching the handle of a temporary site hut on the Cruden Construction building site in Toxteth, Liverpool in April last year.
David Hallmark, 38, and Clifford Grace, 45, who were also employed on the site have denied unlawfully killing David McDonnell.
