Jenkins settles out of court for Spurs' stand

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club has reached an out of court settlement with architect William R Jenkins following problems with the club's east stand.

The undisclosed deal ended Spurs' œ700,000 claim for costs and lost revenue after part of the stand at the club's ground at White Hart Lane was found to be wet and rotting after work was carried out.
