Roughneck is back at school

Chelmsford-based building contractors Keens and Hunt's contract at Eastbrook Comprehensive School involved the site clearance and construction of a new science block.

Unable to use large plant because of existing school buildings, Keens and Hunt opted for a Roughneck skiploader.

The machine, supplied by Chelmsford's M&J Hire Centre, suited the contractor's needs since it could be driven between scaffolding and a narrow entrance between the site and the rubbish skip.
