resolution guidance

The Centre for Disputes Resolution has joined forces with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators to work with the Treasury's central unit on procurement to produce a guidance note on ADR (alternative dispute resolution).

The guidance sets out to encourage government departments to consider incorporating effective disputes management and resolution into purchasing and supply manuals.
