Rumball move to Wimpey

Wimpey Construction has appointed Mike Rumball as its new director of facilities management. Rumball was founder and managing director of Amey Facilities Management and held a similar position with PSA Building Management prior to that.

Rumball's brief is to spearhead Wimpey's expansion into the FM market. He will oversee Wimpey's existing facilities management commitments and create a focus for the company's present involvement in PFI projects, DBFO schemes and joint venture agreements.
