Service counts, says TM Rentequip

Wheeled loader rental specialist TM Rentequip has put into service a new fleet of six Iveco Daily service vehicles. The new vehicles are fully equipped to handle just about every service need arising from TMR's huge fleet of wheeled loaders. Part of the kit includes Volvo BM's Contronic monitoring system which can be directly connected from van to machine. The service engineer then interrogates the wheeled loader's system from his van, receiving a record of the loader's performance since his last visit.

As general manager John Lines says: 'Before we put a machine out on hire it undergoes a 100 point check to ensure it is totally ready for work. We also make sure that each machine is traceable so far as its service history is concerned. Our window sticker "Ready for Hire" means what it says. We were first in our field to achieve BS5750 accreditation and now we are aiming at ISO9000.'
