Fermec opts for Rubig safety pins

Manchester manufacturer Fermec International has specified Rubig Safety Linch Pins as standard fittings for its backhoe loader models: the 750, 860, 865 and 965.

Manufactured in Austria and available in a range of sizes to fit holes from 3.8 to 16mm diamater and shaft sizes up to 60mm, the pins are designed not to fall out when the machine is subjected to violent movement. The unit comprises a steel shaft with a spring steel ring which attaches to a patented safety catch on the shaft.
