RT James bought by WSP Group

Consulting engineer, WSP Group, has acquired RT James for œ1.4 million. The move adds new offices at Gateshead, Stockton, Hull and Chester and brings WSP's total workforce up to 700. The Group is offering a 1 for 6 placing and open offer at 45p to raise approximately œ1.6 million net of expenses, underwritten by Beeson Gregory.
