Sun rise over the Severn

Laing-GTM is into its final year of construction on the dramatic Second Severn Crossing connecting England and Wales. The privately financed scheme has been boosted by the news that the Dartford bridge - also privately financed - is taking more money than expected. The bridge deck of the scheme will be joined by the end of the year and traffic should be crossing next April.
