New DoE funding

The DoE has confirmed that it will be funding support for the concrete, masonry, steel and timber industries to co-operate in a project to improve the international competitiveness of the UK construction industry.

The various representative groups - the BCA, TRADA, the BCSA and the BDA - will be analysing and identifying their own technical research needs. The work will take full account of the new WIRS.
