Loyal workers get benefit boost

The B&CE benefits company has launched a new scheme which will allow employers to make extra contributions to reward loyal directly-employed workers.

The scheme allows employers to make extra provision for their workers' retirement. It is designed to:

(a) avoid the expense of setting up, individual pension schemes;

(b) reward a workforce for a successfully completed project; and

(c) improve staff loyalty and to reward performance.
