Final Millenium round opened

The third, and probably final round for Millennium Commission grants opens on 1 July. The closing date for new proposals is 16 September and full applications need to be in by 11 November. The Millennium Commission is particularly keen to get bids from east and west midlands, east-Anglia and the north-west, as these areas have fared less well in winning grants so far.
