Customers benefit from AirBoss sale

Following the sale of most of its assets to AirBoss of Australia, Didcot-based Air Boss Ground Engagement will now be known as AirBoss Tyres Europe.

David Hammond, UK md of AirBoss Tyres Europe, said: "This change of ultimate ownership can only benefit our UK and European operation. In future there will be direct contact with the Australian company - the original developers of the puncture proof tyre system."

This will result in quicker management decisions being made in Europe and the development programme will be more tightly controlled."
