Amey crosses the Avon

Amey Construction's œ75 million contract for the A4/A46 Batheaston-Swainswick bypass has been officially opened by Railways and Roads Minister John Watts - four months earlier than planned. Although only 4.3 km long, the road is structurally intensive, with two crossings of the River Avon involving five separate structures.
