Tarmac has begun work on a œ12m contract to relocate the campus for Southlands College, part of Roehampton Institute in London. Work includes a 5,370mw teaching block, a 740m2 social block and a 5,221m2 residential block.

Henry Boot has won a œ4.6m D&B contract to extend and refurbish Trinity School in Dagenham, East London, a œ2.7m refurbishment of a Bhs store in St Albans and a œ2.5m civils contract for Yorkshire Water Services.

GA Construction of Leeds has won two orders worth œ5m in total, a œ3m refurb and fit-out of Asda superstore at Boden, Tyne & Wear and a œ2m extension to the chemistry laboratory at the University of Durham.

Bovis Lelliott has won a contract to fit-out a new Waitrose store in The Exchange Centre, Putney in London.

Costain has won, a multi-million pound contract for the first phase of an office redevelopment programme in Bromley for Churchill Insurance and a œ3.3m contract for a laboratory and office building for Colorcon at Admirals Park, Dartford.
