Portsmouth-based Warings Contractors has been awarded a œ10 million design and build contract by Arlington Securities for a new office development on Solent Business Park to be occupied by Zurich Insurance. The project, one of the largest of its kind to be let in the south for some time, will provide 10,488m2 of space with 530 parking places.
