Amec and Balfour to face case
The Health and Safety Executive is prosecuting Balfour Beatty Civil
Engineering and AMEC Civil Engineering for alleged breaches of

concrete line using compressed air.
The case is due to be heard at Bow Street Magistrates Court,
London, today (Thurs-day).
The maximum penalty for contravention of the act is œ20,000.
