Group appoints Latham chairman

Sir Michael Latham has been appointed chairman of the Joint Major Contractors' Group which comprises the 12 largest M&E service contractors in the Electrical Contractors' Association and Heating and Ventilating Contractors' Association.

The new group is to act as a cohesive "think tank" and will meet six times a year.
